28.11.2008 Economic Court of Kyiv instituted proceedings in the bankruptcy case of the absent debtor JSC "Vibropress". What was the result of raider attacks and misuse of the debtor, in fact gratuitous, foreclosure.       

Ltd. "Lawyer Group of Ukraine" has become the case in August 2010 as a representative of "Agrobudpererabotka LTD" - a legal entity which owns 99% of the debtor.       

As a result of our lawyers work October 18, 2010 by the Economic Court of Kiev appointed liquidator of the debtor offered our client the liquidator.       

During operation, aimed at restoring the solvency of the debtor, on the basis of claims prepared by our lawyers, returned to the ownership of JSC "Vibropress" 17 of immovable property situated in Kiev.        

Currently, measures are being taken to the termination of the bankruptcy proceedings of JSC "Vibropress" and restore normal functioning of the debtor.
